摘 要:在氟离子选择性电极内参比溶液中加入高氯酸,形成0.001 mol/L HClO4和0.1 mol/L NaF混合内参比溶液,实验研究了高氯酸的加入对氟离子选择性电极性能的影响.研究结果表明,在体系中加入0.001 mol/L HClO4可使电极空白值降低,清洗时间和平衡时间明显缩短,能斯特线性变好、动态范围变宽,进一步将其用于绿茶和饮用水中氟离子浓度测定,所得结果与文献报道一致.HCl04 (0. 001mol/L) was introduced into internal reference solution of fluoride ion-selective electrode. The results indicated that blank balance potential was obviously decreased, and washing time and balance time were significantly reduced. The linear range of Nernst curve linear range was increased an order-of-magnitude in comparison with traditional sodium fluoride as internal reference solution. In this way, Fluoride in green tea and drinking water were further determined, and the concentrations were found to be consistent with previous studies.
