摘 要:放射性肠道损伤常见于核事故及战时核武器伤,也是临床腹部肿瘤放疗过程中最常见的并发症之一。其发病机制可能与放射线损伤肠道上皮细胞、肠血管内皮细胞及影响肠道神经免疫系统有关,目前尚无有效的治疗方法。目前,干细胞对损伤组织进行结构修复是再生医学研究的热点之一,近年来各种成体干细胞可以定植于肠道并促进肠道组织结构的恢复,分化成肠道正常功能细胞等方面的研究给放射性肠道损伤的治疗带来了新的希望。Radiation-induced Intestine Injury is common in nuclear accidents and nuclear weapons in wartime,which is also one of the most common complications of abdominal cancer in the clinical course of radiotherapy.Its pathogenesis may have relation that radiation injuried the intestinal epithelial cells,vascular endothelial cells and affected the intestinal nerve-immune system.Up to now,there was no effective ways to cure this disease.Stem cells to repair injury tissue structure are now hot spot in the regenerative medicine.Recent research has shown that adult stem cells can colonize in the intestinal tract,promote recovery of bowel structure and differentiate into cells of normal intestinal function.This provides a new perspective for stem cells in treatment of radiation-induced intestinal injury.
