摘 要:大肠癌是胃肠道常见的恶性肿瘤,它致死率高并容易发生转移,我国近年大肠癌的发病率呈逐年上升趋势。动物实验在研究大肠癌的发生、发展及药物治疗中都起着重要作用,目前用于大肠癌研究的主要动物模型包括诱发性肿瘤模型、基因工程动物模型、大肠癌癌细胞移植模型和最新报道的在特定时间、特定组织激活或剔除靶基因的限制性小鼠模型。现阐述最常使用的大肠癌小鼠模型及它们各自的优缺点和最新进展。Colorectal cancer(CRC) remains as one of the most common cancers,with a progressively increasing incidence in China,which is life-threatening and more likely to metastasize Studies of colon cancer on mouse models play an important role in the investigation into carcinogenesis,pathogenesis,and treatment of CRC.The currently available mouse models mainly include spontaneous and chemically induced colorectal cancer models,transgenic models,implantation models,and conditional mouse models newly reported to have specific genes activated or knocked down.This review will discuss most frequently used models that have been developed,including their advantages and disadvantages.
