摘　　要：近年来,随着结核病疫情日益严重,颈椎结核发病率正在不断攀升且致残率高,一直是脊柱外科医师研究的热点。随着对颈椎结核认识的逐步深入以及脊柱内固定技术的不断提高,颈椎结核的治疗发展迅速,尤其是外科治疗取得了可喜的成绩,在非手术治疗、手术方式、手术入路及微创技术等方面都取得了许多新的进展。In recent years,the incidence and disability of cervical tuberculosis,with the rising incidence of tuberculous,has been found increasing constantly.It is the reason why cervical tuberculosis has been a research focus for the spinal surgeons.Currently,with the knowledge of cervical tuberculosis and the techniques of spinal fixation developing,various gratifying progresses have been achieved in surgical treatment.There are tremendous new progresses in respects of non-surgical treatment,surgical procedure,surgical approach,as well as minimally invasive technique.
