摘 要:目的:观察不同胎龄新生儿QRS振幅的特点,为新生儿心电图诊断提供科学依据。方法:不同胎龄新生儿共142例,按胎龄分为28~30周组、31~33周组、34~36周组、37~40周组。测量肢体导联∑QRS振幅及RV1、RV5振幅。结果:不同胎龄新生儿肢体导联∑QRS振幅,RV1、RV5振幅随胎龄、体重增长而增高,各组间比较差异有统计学意义。结论:不同胎龄新生儿∑QRS振幅,RV1、RV5振幅变化与胎龄、体重相关。Objective: To observe the characteristics of QRS amplitude of neonates at different gestational ages, provide a scientific basis for diagnosis of electrocardiogram in neonates. Methods : 142 neonates at different gestational ages were divided into four groups according to gestational age: 28 -30 gestational weeks group, 31 -33 gestational weeks group, 34 -36 gestational weeks group and 37 - 40 gestational weeks group. The amplitude of ∑QRS in limb leads and amplitudes of RV1 and RV5 were measured. Results: The amplitude of QRS in limb leads and amplitudes of RV1 and RV5 increased with gestational ages and body weight of neonates at different gestational ages, there was significant difference among the four groups. Conclusion: The amplitude of ∑QRS in limb leads and amplitudes of RV1 and RV5 are related to gestational ages and body weight of neonates at different gestational ages.
