糖智宁胶囊对小鼠益智作用的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨糖智宁胶囊对小鼠的益智作用,为该药的临床应用提供实验依据。方法:将小鼠分为糖智宁胶囊高、中、低(1.40g.kg-1、0.94g.kg-1、0.47g.kg-1)剂量组、空白对照组和阳性对照组,观察给药后对小鼠的耐缺氧能力和记忆力的影响。结果:糖智宁胶囊高、中、低剂量组跳台实验错误反应次数明显减少,有显著性差异(P<0.01),说明TZN胶囊对乙醇所致记忆障碍有改善作用且能延长小鼠常压耐缺氧的存活时间。结论:糖智宁胶囊对小鼠具有益智作用。Objective：To investigate the effects of Tangzhining capsule（TZN capsule）improving the intellective function in mice,in order to provide laboratory evidence for clinical usage.Method：The rats were divided into five groups.TZN capsule（1.40g/kg、0.94g/kg、0.47g/kg）,placebo groups and positive control groups,respectively.Then their anti-hypoxia ability and memory were tested.Results：TZN capsule could obviously alleviate the memory barrier of mice induced by alcohol and prolong the hypoxia-resistance time.Conclusion：TZN capsule was indicated to have beneficial effects to intelligence.
