摘　　要：目的:探讨静脉留置针在乳腺癌化疗中的临床应用效果。方法:回顾性分析吉林大学第一医院胸外科护理平台自2006年1月1日～2008年5月1日737例乳腺癌化疗患者应用静脉留置针的使用情况及静脉炎和渗漏的发生情况。结果:发生静脉炎47例(6.4%),发生渗漏18例(2.4%),均为即发性渗漏。结论:静脉留置针适用于乳腺癌化疗患者。ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effectiveness of intravenous catheters in breast cancer chemotherapy.MethodA retrospective analysis was done about the general application and the incidence of complications of phlebitis and leakage in 737 patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy.ResultsThe phlebitis occurred in 47 cases （6.4%） and the onset leakage occurred in 18 cases （2.4%）.ConclusionThe intravenous catheters are suitable for breast cancer chemotherapy.
