金融危机对在陕外商直接投资的影响

摘　　要：从陕西省外商直接投资(FDI)的现状及特点出发,描述金融危机后陕西省FDI投资金额、投资方式、投资规模的变化趋势,分析陕西省FDI产业结构及投资领域和地域分布的概况。最后,结合统计数据指出目前陕西省FDI的特点,如新设外商投资企业项目数量减少与撤资现象严重、独资化趋势减弱与特殊方式得到突破以及投资规模不稳定等,并提出了相应的政策建议。After the description of the actuality and features of FDI in Shaanxi,the paper analyses the influence of financial crisis on the size,mode,scale of FDI.Then the paper summarizes the industrial structure,investment fields and regional distribution of FDI in Shaanxi.According to statistical data,the paper points out the characters of FDI in Shaanxi,such as the decreasing of FDI amount,the decreasing of the tendency of solely foreign-owned enterprises,the breakthrough of special methods and the unstable investment scale and in the end the paper puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions.
