摘　　要：分析了我国针刺法非织造布产业目前所面临的新情况;介绍了应用针刺法生产超纤合成革基布和高密度合成革基布的工艺技术以及传统纺织后整理技术在针刺法非织造布生产中的应用;解析了针刺法合成革基布常见的质量问题及其产生原因;指出针刺法非织造布生产企业应寻求多元化发展,在共赢中做强我国的针刺法非织造布产业。The new situation of domestic needle-punch technology was analyzed. The technique process for needle-punched superfine synthetic leather substrate and high density synthetic leather substrate and application of traditional textile treatment technology used in manufacture of needle-punched nonwovens were introduced. The general quality fault and the resulting factor on needle-punched synthetic leather substrate was presented. It is pointed out that the production enterprises should develop widely to strengthen domestic industry.
