摘　　要：本土资源论自20世纪90年代由朱苏力教授提出后,在中国法学界引起轩然大波。文章分析了本土资源论的理论价值,是一种关注当下分析中国问题的理论视角。然后从分析两位学者对本土资源论观点入手,阐明了本土资源论的意义。最后结合法律方法的研究,阐述了法律方法的研究应关注具体个案。The theory of utilizing the localized resources is put forward by the Pro.Zhu Suli from Peking University in 1990s,which caused a great disturbance in the Chinese jurisprudential circle.The article analyses the academic value of the theory which is an angle of view studying the problem.And then,the thesis clarifies its significance.At last,combining with the research of the legal method,the article elucidates that the study of legal method should pay attention to the special cases.
