持久抗菌水性氟树脂制备及其抗菌性能评价

摘　　要：利用带有杀菌基团的丙烯酰胺型可聚合阳离子乳化剂通过乳液聚合方法制备了自身具有杀菌功能的水性氟树脂,并以此为成膜物制备水性氟涂料。测试结果表明,该类树脂涂料对大肠杆菌、金色葡萄球菌的杀灭作用可达到95%以上,同时具有抗菌持久性。Employing acrylamide-type cationic polymerizable emulsifier with bacteria-killing group,we have prepared the water-bornefluorocarbon resin with self-antiracial effect through the technology of emulsion polymerization,and further,the water-bornefluorocarbon coatings are prepared.Test result shows that the water-bornefluorocarbon coatings can kill bacillus coli and Staphylococcus to more than 95% and posses the long-time antibacterial performance.
