联合吸入激素与长效β_2激动剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨糖皮质激素联合长效β2激动剂对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的疗效。方法:将稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机分为两组,试验组在常规治疗基础上吸入布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂,对照组常规治疗,疗程均为半年。结果:试验组呼吸困难评分、6min步行距离、生活质量评分、第1秒用力呼气等指标均较对照组明显改善(P<0.01),且急性加重患者的门诊和住院人次较对照组少(P<0.01)。结论:联合吸入糖皮质激素与长效β2激动剂作为COPD稳定期的治疗取得良好疗效。Objective：To investigate the long-term glucocorticoid β2 agonists in stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）.Methods：The stable COPD patients were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group on the basis of routine treatment,inhaled budesonide formoterol powder for inhalation in the control group conventional treatment,a course of six months.Results：The experimental group dyspnea score,6 min walk distance,quality of life score,1 second forced expiratory other indicators than the control group improved significantly（P0.01）,and in patients with acute exacerbation and hospital outpatient visits less than the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion：Combine inhale corticosteroid and long-acting β2 agonists as the treatment of stable COPD achieve good results.
