摘　　要：目的:探讨1,6—二磷酸果糖(FDP)治疗急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)的临床疗效。方法:将90例AOPP合并心肌损伤患者,随机分成FDP治疗组(50例)和对照组(40例)两组。对上述两组均采用了AOPP常规治疗。治疗组在此基础上加用FDP,对照组加用心肌极化液,监测两组的自觉症状、体征、心电图及心肌酶谱的恢复情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为98%,远高于对照组的80%(P<0.05)。结论:FDP治疗AOPP合并心肌损伤具有良好疗效。Objective：To investigate the 1,6-diphosphate（FDP） treatment of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning（AOPP） in clinical efficacy.Methods：90 patients with AOPP associated with myocardial injury were randomly divided into FDP treated group（50 cases） and control group（40 cases） the two groups.The two groups were all used for AOPP conventional treatment.The treatment group was based on the use FDP,the control group plus myocardial polarized liquid,monitor symptoms in both groups,signs,electrocardiogram and myocardial enzyme recovery.Results：The total effective rate of treated group was 98%,far higher than the control group＇s 80%（P0.05）.Conclusion：FDP treatment of AOPP with myocardial injury has good effect.
