摘　　要：目的:探讨肾综合征出血热合并高血糖的发病机制及原因。方法:回顾性分析本院收治的52例肾综合征出血热合并高血糖的患者的临床资料。结果:治愈50例,治愈率为96.1%;死亡2例,死亡率为3.9%。结论:肾综合征出血热合并高血糖的原因有多样性,应及时确诊和治疗。Objective：To investigate the pathogenesis and causes of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome combined high blood sugar.Methods：The clinical data of 52 patients in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results：50 cases were cured,the cure rate was 96.1%;2 cases died,the mortality rate was 3.9%.Conclusion：The reasons of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome combined high blood sugar are diversity,it should be promptly diagnosed and treated.
