过敏性紫癜合并乙型肝炎临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨过敏性紫癜(henoch-schnlein purpura,HSP)和乙型肝炎之间的关系。方法:回顾性分析14例过敏性紫癜合并乙型肝炎患者的临床特点,结合文献资料分析HSP与乙型肝炎的关系。结果:HbsAg(+)、HbeAg(+)、抗HBc(+)9例,其中1例为乙型肝炎后肝硬化;HbsAg(+)、抗Hbe(+)、抗HBc(+)4例;HbsAg(+)、抗HBc(+)1例。4例HSP反复发作,既往诊断为过敏性紫癜肾炎,其中3例行肾穿,2例为过敏性紫癜肾炎,1例为过敏性紫癜肾炎合并乙型肝炎病毒相关性肾炎;其中3例接受抗病毒+抗过敏等综合治疗后好转。结论:乙肝病毒作为HSP的病因,应引起临床重视。··Objective： To investigate the allergic purpura （henoch-schnlein purpura, HSP） and hepatitis B relationship. Methods： A retrospective analysis of 14 cases of allergic purpura with hepatitis B patients with clinical features, combined with literature analysis the relationship between HSP and hepatitis. Results： HbsAg （＋）, HbeAg （＋）, anti-HBc （＋） 9 cases, including 1 case of hepatitis B cirrhosis; HbsAg （＋）, anti-Hbe （＋）, anti-HBc （＋） 4 cases; HbsAg （＋）, anti-HBc （＋） 1 case. 4 cases of recurrent HSP, previous diagnosis of allergic purpura nephritis, 3 of them underwent renal biopsy, 2 cases of allergic purpura nephritis, and 1 case of allergic purpura nephritis with hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis; which 3 patients received other anti-virus＋anti-allergy after combined treatment improved. Conclusion： The hepatitis B virus as the cause of HSP, should be paid attention.
