全身麻醉诱导药伍用麻黄素防治诱导期低血压的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:在全身麻醉诱导药的基础上配伍麻黄素,以探讨全身麻醉诱导期用药合理性,防治全身麻醉诱导期低血压的发生。方法:选取择期手术患者60例,将其随机分为常规全身麻醉诱导组(对照组)30例,全身麻醉(全麻)药配伍麻黄素诱导组(配伍组)30例。两组均在全麻诱导前及诱导后3min监测HR、BP和SpO2的变化。结果:对照组诱导后3min较诱导前BP显著降低(P<0.001);配伍组诱导后3min较诱导前BP无显著减低(P>0.05);相对于对照组,配伍组诱导后3minBP显著提高(P<0.001)。结论:在全麻诱导中配伍麻黄素能有效预防全麻诱导期低血压发生,是较好的全麻诱导药的伍用方法。Objective： The induction of general anesthesia based on the compatibility of the drug ephedrine, induction of general anesthesia to study the rationality of drug use, prevention and treatment of general anesthesia induced hypotension. Methods： 60 patients undergoing elective surgery were randomly divided into routine induction of general anesthesia group （control group） 30 cases, general anesthetic induction ephedrine group compatibility （compatibility group） 30 cases. Induction of anesthesia in both groups before and 3 min after induction to monitor HR, BP and SpO2 changes. Results： In the control group after induction of 3 min compared with before induction, BP decreased significantly （P0.001）; compatibility group after the induction of 3 min compared with before the induction of BP was no significant reduction （P0.05）; compared with the control group, compatibility group after the induction of 3 min BP increased significantly （P0.001）. Conclusion： The induction of general anesthesia in the compatibility of ephedrine can be effective in preventing hypotension induction of general anesthesia, is a better drug induction of general anesthesia methodology Ng.
