基于脉图分析的膏方调治疾病与亚健康人群疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价服用膏方前后疾病及亚健康人群的疗效。方法:将服用膏方者分为疾病组、亚健康组以及亚健康偏实与偏虚型组,按中医辨证予以膏方调制,采集服用膏方前后的临床信息与脉图资料,采用亚健康监测系统进行脉图分析,统计疗效。结果:共观察43例,服用膏方后大部分自觉症状和实验检测均明显改善,其中疲劳程度和植物神经改善尤为明显。膏方调理对亚健康人群的疗效优于疾病组,对亚健康偏虚型疗效优于亚健康偏实型。结论:膏方调理更为适合亚健康人群。服用膏方后,脉象各指标有所改善,其中疲劳程度、植物神经功能二项可作为亚健康状态人群膏方调理的主要评价指标。Objective： To evaluate the effects of herbal paste on people with disease or subhealth.Methods： All of the cases were treated by herbal pastes on the basis of syndrome differentiation and were divided into disease group and subhealth group,and the subhealth group were further divided into excess group and deficiency group.The clinical information and pulse graph data were collected before and after treatment.The health monitoring system was applied to analyze pulse graph and clinical effects.Results： A total of 43 cases were observed.After treatment,the symptoms and laboratory indicators were significantly improved especially in the aspects of fatigue degree and automatic nerve function.The effects of herbal paste in subhealth group were better than those in disease group and the effects of herbal paste in deficiency group of subhealth group were better than those in excess group.Conclusion： The treatment of herbal paste is more suitable to the people with subhealth.After treatment,the indexes of pulse are improved,and the fatigue degree and automatic nerve function can be used as the main evaluating indicators of herbal paste treatment on subhealth people.
