失眠症伴记忆力减退患者事件相关电位P300的特点研究

摘　　要：目的:观察失眠症伴记忆力减退患者事件相关电位P300的特点。方法:将92例失眠症伴记忆力减退患者作为实验组、68例正常志愿者作为对照组,以"心烦、易怒、紧张不安"为情志症状群,检测所有入选者的事件相关电位P300。对检测数据进行统计分析,比较实验组和对照组及实验组中伴有和不伴有情志症状群者P300的特点。结果:与对照组比较,实验组N2、P3峰潜伏期明显延长(P<0.05),P3波幅明显降低(P<0.05)。实验组中无情志症状群者P2、P3波幅较有情志症状群者明显降低(P<0.05),且其P3波形低平。结论:事件相关电位P300可能成为失眠症伴记忆力减退患者认知功能的辅助评价工具,"心烦、易怒、紧张不安"的情志症状群与P3波幅相关。Objective： To observe the characteristics of event-related potential P300 in patients of insomnia with hypomnesis.Methods： Ninety-two patients of insomnia with hypomnesis and 68 healthy volunteers were selected as experimental group and control group respectively and the psychological syndrome was ＂dysphoria,irascibility and disquieted＂.The event-related potentials P300 of all of the cases were tested and statistically analyzed.Results： Compared with the control group,the N2,P3 peak latencies were prolonged and the P3 amplitude was decreased significantly（P0.05）.P2 and P3 amplitudes in patients without psychological syndrome were decreased compared with the patients with the syndrome（P0.05）.Conclusion： Event-related potential P300 maybe becomes a method to evaluate the cognitive function of patients of insomnia with hypomnesis and the psychological syndrome of ＂dysphoria,irascibility and disquieted＂ have connection with P3 amplitude.
