摘　　要：在综合已有的非功能需求分类的基础上,给出了一个可供参考的非功能需求描述框架。基于给出的非功能需求描述框架,建立非功能需求评判算法,综合考虑利益相关方中研制方、使用方和投资方对非功能需求的优先权评判,确定哪些非功能需求是强制的,或者是优先的。最后给出了一个算法实例,验证算法的有效性。Synthetically considered existent classification of non-functional requirements,provided a referenced description framework of non-functional requirements.In order to confirm which kinds of non-functional requirements are compulsory or preferential,base on the description framework,we provided judgment algorithm which synthetically considered priority judgment of stakeholder which included researcher,user and investor.At the end,we give an example of algorithm to validate the validity of algorithm.
