摘　　要：为了解决业务需求变化快、软件自适应性低的问题,提出了以业务流程为元模型,工作流引擎解释并驱动流程流转,流程监控工具实时在线检测的面向业务的自适应软件开发方法。该方法已在某唱片公司的唱片制作系统中实施,以RACI授权矩阵模型和UML活动图进行业务建模,采用JBPM作为工作流引擎,SeeWhy分析平台进行流程实时监控,实验证明流程执行率保持在3%-10%之间,流程平均执行时间缩短了33.4%。In order to solve the problem of fast change of business requirements and improve the self-adaptability of software,the business-oriented adaptive software development method is presented in which the meta-model is based on business process,the process is driven by workflow engine and the process monitoring tool is adopted to detect online.This method is adapted in the implementation of disc manufacture system,the business model is build on the basis of UML activity diagram and RACI matrix,the JBPM workflow engine system is adopted and SeeWhy analysis platform used as the business monitoring tool.The efficiency of business is between 3% to 10% and the average executing time reduced 33.4%.
