摘 要:矿灯充电管理系统是为了实现矿灯管理的升级改造,满足矿灯管理现代化、智能化、安全化的需要而设计的。(1)研究了硬件系统架构,根据稳定性和经济性设计了充电模块、数据采集模块和中继器模块3个层次,模块之间通过RS485总线相连。(2)选用STC89C51和BQ2057作为主要控制芯片对每个模块进行了详细的电路设计,上位机通过RS485/RS232转换器从中继器模块采集矿灯状态。(3)进行了系统的软件设计,包括串行通讯的设计,数据库管理和人机接口的设计。该系统实现了从放灯、充电、充满、取灯到安全报警、自动统计、考勤等全过程动态管理。为管理及决策者实时提供了快速、准确、全面的信息依据。该系统已经应用于菏泽某煤矿,运行结果表明,该系统成本低、稳定性好、扩展方便。To achieve the technical renovations of mine lamp management and to meet the need of modernization,informationize and safety,the system is designed.(1)Study the hardware framework of the system,and design the system in three levels such as charging module,data acquisition module and relay module according to stability and economic of the system.The modules are connected by RS485.(2) Select STC89C51 and BQ2057 as the main control chip,and designing the circuit of each module.Computer acquires mine lamp's state from relay module by RS485/RS232.(3) Design the system software,and giving the serial communication design,database management and human-computer interface design.The system realizes the whole process from miner lamp's hanging up,charging,full-charged and taking away to automated statistics,reporting and checking attendance.So this system is able to offer accurate information to managers on time.The system has been used in a colliery in Heze City.The result shows that the system has low cost,good stability.Moreover the system facilitates to extend.
