摘　　要：施工合同缺陷是指合同条款存在欠缺和不完善的地方,也就是指存在于施工合同中,不具体、不明确的合同规定,使得当事人不能履行或不能全面履行,容易产生合同纠纷的合同条款。针对通用条款与专用条款中存在的缺陷,提出了解决的四项对策:修订完善施工合同范本、在订立合同时通过对施工合同专用条款的补充来完善合同内容、完善相关法律制度、加强合同管理人员的素质建设。The construction contract defect means deficiencies and inadequate places in contract,that is,there are some unspecific or indeterminate contractual specifications in the construction contract which contractor can not perform or perform improperly and result in contract troubles.This article comes up with four countermeasures aimed to the faultiness.Such as：revise and improve the construction contract（model text）;make it perfect by particular conditions at the moment of signing construction contract;improve the relevant laws,regulations and project management standards;enhance the professional quality of contract management staff.
