摘　　要：通过对我国图书馆专利信息服务现状的分析,提出图书馆需要建立一种面向企业用户的,解决用户技术创新具体问题的信息服务模式,并以对乙肝疫苗专利信息的分析为实证,实际探讨了这种专利信息服务模式可以对技术创新过程的各个环节给予的信息支持,及其对于支持企业技术创新的重要意义,并且为图书馆在专利信息服务领域如何提升自身竞争力提供了可靠的依据。Through the analysis of the current situation about the library patent information service,we propose that library need to improve the existing simple patent information service mode,establishing a business-oriented mode,which can solve the problems to the specific links of technology innovation.We analysis the patent of hepatitis B as the sthenia syndrome,we explore the actually information support of this patent information service mode administrative.and the important meaning to the technological innovation.We provided a reliable basis to the library to enhance their competitive power in the patent information service edge.
