令皮欣治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨令皮欣治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮（炎症浸润期、浅度溃疡期）的临床效果。方法将38例Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组19例共25处压疮采用令皮欣喷雾剂喷涂创面，对照组19例共22处压疮采用百多邦软膏均匀涂抹于溃疡表面1mm厚。结果观察组的创面愈合时间为（7．32±2．61）d，对照组为（13．17±4．32）d，2周治愈率：观察组为96．0％，对照组为81．8％，观察组效果显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论令皮欣能显著促进Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮的愈合，缩短治疗时间，提高治愈率，减轻了患者的痛苦，是Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮理想的治疗用药。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Linpixin spraying agent on bedsore of Ⅱ、Ⅲ stage. Methods A total of 38 patients with bedsore of Ⅱ、Ⅲ stage were randomly divided into two groups： 25 bedsore in 19 patients of the observatation group were coated by Linpixin every day, the control group of other 19 patients cover mupirocin ointment of 1 mm thickness on the 22 bedsore. Healing time and recovery rate in 2 weeks were observed, the outcomes were calculated and analysed. Results The healing time on observation group was （7.32 ± 2. 61 ） days, in the control group was （13.1 ± 4. 32 ） days, the observation group＇s healing time was stafisticaUy shorter than that of the control group , the 2 weeks recovery rate of the observation group was 96. 0%, it＇s better than the control group＇s 81.8%. Conclusions Linpixn spraying agent has a good effect on bedsore of Ⅱ、Ⅲ stage , it can reduce the healing time and improve the recovery rate.
