摘　　要：介绍了我国新化学物质生产前或进口前申报登记制度的主要内容,以及该制度实施5年来带动新化学物质测试市场的实际数据情况,说明了该项管理制度对生态毒理测试技术领域在中国发展的拉动作用,展望了进一步实现我国新化学物质环境管理与生态毒理测试技术领域共同发展的机遇与挑战。The main content of the declaration and registration system for new chemicals before manufactured and imported is introduced. And actual data of the driving effect of the system on the new chemicals test market in 5 years is also analyzed. The results show that this environmental management system has pulled the development of coo-toxicity testing technique in China. The opportunity and challenge of further implementing co-development of environmental management and eco-toxicity testing technique are prospected.
