摘 要:以熔盐电化学法在铜衬底上制备MgB2超导膜,通过对KCl-NaCl-MgCl2三元系相图和熔度图的分析,电解电压的计算,确定了前期实验的电解参数范围。在熔盐电解法制备MgB2膜的实验过程中,首先对电解设备进行改进,降低了实验难度;然后以KCl、NaCl、MgCl2、MgB2O4混合体系作为反应物,采用直流电源,在不同温度下在铜阴极衬底上,电解制备MgB2膜;最后,利用X射线衍射(XRD)分析样品的物相,利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征样品的结构及形貌。结果表明,成功在铜阴极衬底上,制备出了具有超导电性的MgB2,且最佳制备温度分别为601℃.MgB2 superconducting films were made by using molten salt Electrochemistry in Cu substrates,through analyzing KCl-NaCl-MgCl2 ternary phase diagrams and melting graphs,electrolysis voltage of the calculations was made to have determined the parameters of pre-electrolysis experiments range.In MgB2 films preparation by molten salt electrolysis together with its experimental process,the first,electrolysis equipment was improved,with the experimental difficulty reduced.Then taking,KCl,NaCl,MgCl2,MgB2O4 mixtures as reactants,using DC power,at different temperatures in the copper cathode substrate,MgB2 films were prepared electrolytically.Finally,the use of X-ray diffraction(XRD) phase was made to analyze samples,using transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) characterization of the structure of the sample and morphology were completed.The results demonstrate that MgB2 films are prepared on copper cathodes successfully,and the optimized electrolysis temperatures is 601 ℃.
