摘  要:针对神东矿区煤层赋存状况,对分层开采、放顶煤开采和一次采全高开采技术进行了适应性对比分析。结果表明,一次采全高开采技术对煤层地质条件适应性好而且有着更好的技术经济优势。结合神东矿区的地质条件、矿压分析和设备配套研究等,开发出了6.3m大采高工作面一次采全高的技术路线,同时进行了配套设备的研发和开采工艺的研究。简要介绍了工作面设备配套状况及成套设备的主要技术参数,并对其在上湾煤矿、补连塔煤矿的工作面运行情况进行了分析,结果显示,工作面采出率达到96%以上。According to the seam deposit conditions in Shendong mining area,a flexibility comparison and analysis was made on the slicing mining,the top coal caving mining and the fully mechanized full seam one passing mining technology.The results show that the fully mechanized full seam one passing mining technology has a good flexibility to the seam geological condition and has better technical and economic advantages.In combination with the geological conditions,mine strata pressure analysis and the equipment matching study of Shendong mining area,a full seam one passing mining technical route was developed for the fully mechanized 6.3 m high cutting coal mining face.Meanwhile a research and development on the matching equipment and the mining technique was conducted.Introduced the face equipment matching status and the main technical parameters of the completed equipment and analyzed the mining face operations in the Shangwan Mine and Bulianta Mine.The results show that the mining rate of the coal mining faces is over 96 %.
