摘　　要：依据《中国核电厂操纵员心理健康成套测验量表(试用版)》,采用问卷法群体测试的方式,对149名中国核电厂操纵员心理健康状况进行初步调查和分析。结果表明,核电厂操纵员的总体心理健康情况优良,且大部分操纵员的人格特征适任于该岗位作业。同时指出了不适任者的心理健康方面存在的问题,建议进行必要的心理辅导等。According to ＂Mental Health Assessment Battery Scale of Chinese Nuclear Power Plant Pperators （trial version）＂, evaluation questionnaire on the 149 nuclear power plant operators＇ mental health in questionnaire and group test form were surveyed in this paper. On this basis, the personality characteristics, masculinity and hypochondriasis, and the general mental health ware analyzed, it is also pointed out that what personal- ity factors were needed for nuclear power plant operators who are competent the work. The mental health problems were proposed and the psychology recommendations were given.
