摘　　要：针对Weibull型备件需求量的确定问题,首先运用Monte-Carlo模拟方法计算出该型备件在给定保障度下的需求量;在此基础上,研究了利用指数方法确定Weibull型备件需求量的适应性问题。最后,用实例计算,分别得到这两种方法获得的需求量。研究表明:利用指数方法确定Weibull型备件的需求量具有保守性;两者之差与备件分布的形状参数、保障时间及保障度密切相关。As for the problem of the quantity for spare parts of Weibull distribution,a Monte-Carlo simulation method was applied to working out the quantity at certain supportability conveniently.Then the adaptability about using the exponential method to acquire the quantity of the Weibull type of spare was studied.The result shows that the exponential method is of conservativeness.Finally,the quantities decided with the two methods were calculated through practical instances.Comparison results show that the difference of the quantities between the two methods is related to the shape parameters,supporting time and supportability.
