混合型高校产权制度探析

摘　　要：高校产权的本质是财产权。由于公有和民有资产参与形式不同,混合型高校可以分为不同类型。围绕产权基本构成因素分析,混合型高校产权可以作出初步界定。Analyzing the factors around the basic structure of property rights,we can define the mixed university property rights according to the principle of＂who invests,who owns the property rights＂,and it is necessary to maintain the state-owned asset owners and operators of the legitimate rights and interests of users,but also other property owners shall not be infringed legal rights.
