柴葛抗感冒颗粒主要药效学试验研究

摘　　要：目的:评价柴葛抗感冒颗粒的药效作用。方法:通过大鼠酵母致热实验观察其解热作用;通过小鼠腹腔注射醋酸所致毛细血管通透性试验其抗炎作用;通过小鼠腹腔注射细菌观察其体内抑菌作用。结果:柴葛抗感冒颗粒能明显抑制的酵母所致大鼠体温升高;能明显的抑制醋酸所致毛细血管通透性的增加。结论:柴葛抗感冒颗粒具有良好的解热、抗炎作用。Objective：To evaluate the pharmacodynamic effects of Cai Ge Anti-cold Granules.Methods：The relieving fever effects were ob-served on Saccharomyces siccum induced fever model of mouse.The anti-inflammatory effects were observed on the capillary permeability method of rats induced by acetic acid.The antibiosis effects were observed on mice with bacterium intraperitoneal injection.Results：Cai Ge Anti-cold Granules could signifi cantly decrease the raised body temperature caused by Saccharomyces siccum in mouse,it also could signifi cantly inhibit capillary perme-ability augmentation caused by acetic acid in mice;reduce the death rate of mice infected with Staphylococcus aureus,aeruginosus Bacillus,and Kreb bacilus.Conclusion：Cai Ge Anti-cold Granules have good relieving fever,anti-inflammatory and antibiosis effects.
