腺样体切除术治疗儿童相关疾病的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨腺样体切除术在治疗儿童鼻窦炎、分泌性中耳炎及鼾症中的临床体会。方法:对36例伴腺样体肥大的鼻窦炎、分泌性中耳炎及鼾症患儿行腺样体切除术的资料进行回顾性分析。结果:36例患儿切除肥大腺样体和(或)切除扁桃体,辅助以相应药物治疗,临床症状均明显好转,疗效好。结论:对伴有腺样体肥大的鼻窦炎、分泌性中耳炎及鼾症患儿行腺样体切除获得良好治疗效果。在临床中我们对儿童腺样体肥大应早诊断早干预,可明显提高儿童生活质量。objective：To evaluation the clinical realization of adenoidetomy in the treatment of sinusitis,otitis media with effusion and snore in children.Methods：36 children with sinusitis,otitis media with effusion,snore accompanied by adenoidal hypertrophy were performed adenoidectomy,and clinical date were analyzed retrospectively.Results：The clinical symptoms of all 36 cases were improved for adenoidectomy and（or）tonsillectomy correcponding medication treatment,with a good effect.Conclusions：The satisfactory therapeutical effect can be achieved by adenoidectomy in treatment of sinustis,otitis media with effusion and snore in children accompanied by adenoidal hypertrophy.we should make early diagnosis and intervention in practice.children showed a dramatic improvement on quality of life.
