摘　　要：随着科技进步和市场多元化的需求,新经济时代掀起了一阵创业热潮。这些新创企业不仅科技含量高,创新能力强,而且还能大幅度地增加就业,促进经济增长。但是,由于我国目前制度体系的不完善,使得创业型经济发展遇到了诸多挑战:创业金融支持短缺;创业教育落后,创业文化缺乏;缺乏系统的创业服务;创业保障体制不健全等。因此,针对我国的实际情况,应加大对创业企业的金融支持;加强创业教育发展,营造创业文化氛围;健全创业服务体系,扩大资源获取渠道;加大政府扶持力度,完善创业风险的规避机制。As the development of technology and the market＇s diversification,the new economic era has rouse an upsurge of entrepreneurship,most of these are new high technology enterprises,which not only have innovation ability,but also can greatly increase employment and economic growth.However,due to the lack of perfect system in China at present,the development of entrepreneurship economy meets a lot of challenges,such as the shortage of financial support,the lack of entrepreneurship education and pioneering culture,and the lag behind in service and security systems.Therefore,according to the actual situation in our country,this paper has put forward the following suggestions about the entrepreneurship economy：increasing the financial support to enterprises;strengthening business education;building entrepreneurial culture atmosphere;sounding business service system;enlarging the access to resources;strengthening the government support and perfecting business risk aversion mechanism.
