摘 要:通过实验研究了德州两种蔬菜的新旧种子的生物超弱发光强度和发芽率之间的相关性,结果发现:新陈种子的超弱发光存在明显差异,白菜(新)比白菜(陈)的光子数高7.8%,而萝卜(新)高13.7%;新陈种子的超弱发光强度和出芽率的变化趋势基本一致,新种子的超弱发光强度大,出芽率高;观测种子的超弱发光差异可望作为一种种子活性的快速无损间接检测方法,应用于种子加工、储藏、培育等过程中种子劣变规律的研究.In this experiments, the relationship between ultraweak biophoton emission(UBE) and germination rates of two kinds of vegetable seeds was studied. The results showed that the UBE of different seeds differed obviously. The photon number of new chinese cabbage seed is higher by 7.8% than that of aged seeds, new radish seed is higher by 13. 7% respectively. The changing trends of UBE and germination rates of two kinds of vegetable seeds were consistent basicly, but new vegetable seeds were higher luminescence intensity and germination rates. This techniques of detecting superweak luminescence can be used as a fast and nondestructive method to identify new, aged vegetable seeds and detect indirectly the viability of seeds during processing and storing process.
