摘  要:为确定导致山东某地区种鸭发病的病原,从病鸭肝、心、肺中分离并纯化细菌,根据其形态特征培养特性、生化试验结果及PCR鉴定,确定为禽多杀性巴氏杆菌。致病性试验结果表明,1.3×109CFU/m的菌液10倍系列稀释后,感染20日龄健康雏鸡和1日龄健康雏鸭,该分离菌对20日龄健康雏鸡和1日龄健康雏鸭的半数致死量分别为10-4.5CFU/mL、10-5.3CFU/mL;死亡雏鸡(鸭)的剖检病变与发病鸭类似并分离出与感染菌株形态特征完全一致的菌落。药敏试验结果显示,该分离菌株对头孢曲松、氨苄西林、阿莫西林、环丙沙星、卡那霉素等较为敏感。A strain of avian Pasteurella multocida isolated and purified from the livers,hearts,lungs of the sick breeding ducks in a area of Shandong Province was identified to be the pathogen of the duck disease based on its morphological and culture characteristics,biochemical test and PCR results.Pathogenicity test showed that the median lethal dose was 10-4.5 CFU/mL,10-5.3 CFU/mL of 20 day-old healthy chickens and 1 day-old healthy ducklings respectively after being were injected with the 10 times diluted bacteria(1.3×109 CFU/mL),the pathological changes of the dead chickens(or ducklings) were similar to that of sick ducks,and the strain which had the same morphological characteristics with P.multocida was reisolated.Susceptibility test showed that the isolate was sensitive to ceftriaxone,ampicillin,amoxicillin,ciprofloxacin and kanamycin.
