摘 要:采用石蜡切片法和扫描电镜技术对黄芩花芽分化的过程进行了观察。结果表明,黄芩花芽分化进程可分为花芽未分化期、花序分化期、苞片和小花原基分化期、花器官分化期、花序形成期5个时期。同时发现主茎叶节数在20个之前为营养生长期,叶节数达29个左右时主茎花芽分化结束,不同位置的花序在分化进程上比上一级花序落后至少1个时期。The process of flower bud morphological differentiation of Scutellaria baicalensis were observed with the paraffin section method and by SEM.The results were follows:The whole process of flower bud differentiation could be divided into five phases,flower bud undifferentiation phase,inflorescence differentiation phase,bracteal leaf and small primordium differentiation phase,flower organ differentiation phase,inflorescence formation phase.Meanwhile,it was the vegetative period before the number 20 of caulis Nodes and the flower bud morphological differentiation finished about the number 29 of caulis Nodes.The lower branch inflorescences fell behind the upper ones in differentiation at least for one phase during differentiation.There was relation among flower bud differentiation and leaf growth.
