摘　　要：沿着是否要发展加工贸易→加工贸易转型升级的可行性分析→加工贸易转型升级的对策和路径→加工贸易企业的生产控制模式→跨国公司在我国进行加工贸易的进入模式这样一条脉络对国内外加工贸易转型升级理论进行了梳理,并在此基础上对相关文献进行评述。This paper is a theory review,and written on the sequence of whether to develop processing trade,transformation and upgrading of processing trade,the analysis of feasibility on upgrading of processing trade,the strategy and direction,processing trade production control mode and multinational corporations entering mode.On the basis of this,the paper makes some comments on the theory.
