摘　　要：目的探讨儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床特点及治疗方法。方法对商丘市第一人民医院收治的60例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果咳嗽变异性哮喘与年龄、气候、个人体质等因素有关,临床误诊率高。主要表现慢性顽固性咳嗽,支气管舒张试验和肺功能检查等有助诊断,早期干预能有效阻止病情的发展。结论临床医师应提高对咳嗽变异性哮喘的认识,减少误诊,早期确诊,正确治疗,控制其发展为典型哮喘。Objective To discuss cough variant asthma in children clinical features and treatment. Methods 60 patients in First People＇s Hospital of Shangqiu with cough variant asthma in children were retrospectively analyzed. Results The results of CVA and age, climate, physical and other personal factors, clinical misdiagnosis rate. Mainly with chronic intractable cough, bronchial dilation test and pulmonary function tests can help diagnosis and early intervention can prevent disease development. Conclusion Clinicians should raise awareness of cough variant asthma, reduce misdiagnosis, early diagnosis, proper treatment and control of its development as a typical asthma.
