摘　　要：目的：通过多中心临床研究进一步评价剪口结扎结合PPH术治疗混合痔的有效性。方法：将4家医疗单住所收治的246例混合痔患者随机分为三组并分别行剪口结扎结合PPH术、PPH术、剪口结扎术，比较三组术式的临床疗效。结果：剪口结扎结合PPH术组疗效显著优于两对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：剪口结扎结合PPH术式是一种疗效可靠的新术式，对于混合痔的治疗基本可以替代PPH术及传统的剪口结扎术。Aims through more ： turther evaluate the clinical research center cut of his children with pph in therapying the mixed sores effectiveness. method . 4 medical unit would be the case of fire combined 246 patients were randomly divided into three groups of children with the line cut pph pph, and cut his children, is three the clinical effect. ： Of the children cut a combination of effects pph art outperform two （ P〈0.01 ） ;. conclusion cut of his children with pph operation is a kind of effect of the new operation to apply for the combination of the basic alternatives pph technology and traditional art. the children cut.
