摘　　要：目的：探讨老年糖尿病患者合并尿路感染病原菌的分布特点及耐药性.方法：对2005年1月～2009年12月我院183例老年糖尿病合并尿路感染患者进行回顾性分析,统计尿路感染的病原菌种类,感染途径及患者症状.结果：多数老年患者为女性,且多为单一病原菌,最常见为革兰氏阴性菌,尤其是大肠埃希杆菌.结论：老年糖尿病患者尿路感染应根据药物敏感试验,选择适当药物,及早治疗.Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance status of urinary tract infections in elder diabetics and offer scientific basis for reasonable usage of antibiotics. Methods： Between January 2005 and December 2009, the medical records of 183 old patients with bacterial urinary tract infections and diabetes mellitus were reviewed, including kinds of bacteria, route of infection and symptoms. Results= most of the old patients were females and infected with single bacteria. The common bacterium was bacillus coli. Conclusion~ The urinary tract infection in old patients with diabetes should be treated in time and choose appropriate drug according to drug sensitivity test.
