摘　　要：目的：探讨腹部创伤的受伤原因,临床诊断与治疗.方法：将我院近年收治的140腹部创伤患者详细分析病情,认真查体,进行必要的实验室检查,做好手术准备,积极救治.结果：124例腹部创伤患者,通过手术及治疗均痊愈出院;保守治疗11例均痊愈;死亡5例.结论：对腹部创伤患者进行手术治疗是治疗腹部创伤的关键.Objective. Cause of abdominal trauma injuries, Clinical diagnosis and treatment; methods. Admitted to our hospital in recent years, 140 cases of general trauma patients with detailed analysis of the condition, careful physical examination, necessary laboratory tests, well prepared for surgery, active treatment; results. 124 cases of abdominal trauma patients, through surgery and treatment were cured; conservative treatment of 11 cases were cured; death in 5 cases. Conclusion. Surgical treatment of patients with abdominal trauma is the key to treatment of abdominal trauma.
