极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症的诊疗探究

摘　　要：目的：探讨极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症的治疗方法.方法：运用椎间盘镜技术进行治疗.结果：术后神经根压迫症状改善显著.结论：运用椎间盘镜治疗极外侧椎闻盘突出症同样可以达到彻底减压,同时手术创伤小,不累及椎管,和常规手术相比具有一定的优势.Objective：To explore the extreme lateral lumbar disc herniation in a invasive treatment. Methods：Tecnology of Microendoscopic discectomy for the treatment. Results：Nerve root compression symptoms improved significantly. Conclusion： The use of ex--treme lateral disc for the treatment of the smile disc can be achieved thorough decompression, trauma surgery at the same time it is small, not involving the spinal canal, and conventional surgery compared with certain advantages.
