摘　　要：目的：建立高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定益脑片中淫羊藿苷含量的方法.方法：样品用70%乙醇超声提取1h.以C18化学键合硅胶柱分离淫羊藿苷,乙腈-水-磷酸（28：72：0.2）为流动相,在波长270nm处检测.结果：淫羊藿苷进样量与吸收面积呈良好的线性关系,线性范围为0.0293～0.2928μg,线性回归方程为Y=941614X＋2627.1,R=0.9997,平均回收率为101.8%,RSD为1.8%,淫羊藿苷峰与其他组分峰的分离度大于1.5,理论塔板数以淫羊藿苷峰计算为4000.结论：该法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为益脑片质量控制的方法.Objective ：To determine the content of Lcariin in Yinao tablets. Method： The sample was extracted with 70% ethanol for one hour ultra- sound. Lcariin was separated on spherisorb C18 column, acetonitrile -- water -- phosphoric acid （28：72：0.2）as the mobile phase with the detection at 270nm. Results ：There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of Lcariin and absorption area value in the ranges of 0. 0292μg -0. 2928μg. The linear regression equation Y= 941614×2627.1, r = 0. 9997, The average recovery, rate was 101.8%, 1.8% RSD. Lcariin summit with other components of the peak separation is greater than 1.5, the number of theoretical plates calculated Lcariin for peak was 4000; Conelusion;The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and Yinao tablets can be used as a quality control method.
