摘　　要：报告50例糖尿病患者进行动态血糖监测期间的护理.入院后为患者进行全面的心理护理、饮食指导及胰岛素治疗的护理外,积极、主动与患者及家属沟通,介绍动态血糖监测系统（CGMS）的基本工作原理和优点,使患者和家属能配合医护人员做好CGMS的维护,最终顺利完成动态血糖监测,为调整治疗方案提供了依据.This paper introduces the nursing care of fifty patients with diabetes during continuous glucose monitoring. In addition to psychological care,diet instruction and insulin therapy, the nurses actively communicated with the patients and their relatives,introduced the principle and advantages of continuous glucose monitoring system （CGMS） to promote the patients and relatives to cooperate with the medical staff.. As a result, the CGMS was completed successfully in the 50 cases, which provided relided reference for the regulation of treatment plan.
