摘　　要：目的：探讨肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎的临床及X线表现.方法：收集12例经病理证实的肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎的临床及X线表现进行回顾性分析总结.结果：乳房不适或胀痛伴肿块11例,无痛性肿块1例,肿块质硬,界欠清;X-ray：肿块影3例,致密影3例,局灶性非对称影6例,静脉影增粗5例,脂肪层模糊1例,皮肤增厚2例,乳头凹陷2例.结论：密切结合临床表现,充分认识肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎的X线表现,可提高肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎的诊断水平.Objective To study the clinical performance and X- ray manifestations of granulomatous lobular mastitis. Methods clinical and X-- ray findings of 12 case with pathology proven granulomatous lobular mastitis were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results breast discomfort or pain plate with mass treatment in 11 cases, painless mass treatment in 1 case , mass hard, sector less clear; X--ray： masses in 4 cases; density in 3 ea- ses, foeral asymmetry in 5 cases; fuzzy fat layer in 1 case , venous thickening in 5 cases,skin thickening in 2 cases, nipple retraction in 2 cases; Conclusion Combining with clinical performance, and fully awaring of granulomatous lobular mastitis＇ X--ray manifestations, to increase the diagnosing level of the granulomatous lobular rnastitis.
