壮医药线合健胃愈疡治疗慢性胃炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察壮医药线合健胃愈疡治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将69例慢性胃炎随机分成2组,治疗组46例用壮医药线点灸合健胃愈疡片治疗,对照组23例单用西医治疗,28d为1个疗程,观察临床疗效,胃镜及幽门螺杆菌变化。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为91.3%和73.9%,胃镜疗效82.6%和43.4%,幽门螺杆菌疗效65%和30%,治疗组优于对照组,2组差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗组无不良反应。结论:壮医药线点灸合健胃愈疡片治疗慢性胃炎临床疗效好,安全。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of chronic gastritis who were treated with Zhuangyiyaoxian and Jianwei Yuyang.Methods：69 patients with chronic gastritis were randomly divided into 2 groups.Therapeutic group with Zhuangyiyaoxian Dianjiu and Jianwei Yuyang Tablets and wenstern medicine（n=46）and routine control group with western medicine（n=23）.It were observed the clinical cure effect,Endoscope and H.pylori improved after 28 days for one course of treatment.Results：The total clinical curative effect of chronic gastritis in therapeutic group rate was 91.3% and control group rate was 73.9%.In Endoscope rate was 82.6% and 43.4%,H.pylori improved rate was 65.0% and 30.0% which were better than control group.There was a statistically significant difference between two groups（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion：：Zhuangyiyaoxian Dianjiu and Jianwei Yuyang Tablets is an effective and safe drug on patients with chronic gastritis.
