中西医结合治疗功能失调性子宫出血疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗功能失调性子宫出血73例临床疗效。方法:将145例功能失调性子宫出血患者随机分为2组,观察组73例,口服妈富隆的同时,加服中药"固崩汤";对照组72例,口服妈富隆。观察2组的疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为94.5%,对照组总有效率为87.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);并且阴道流血量及流血时间,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妈富隆配合中药治疗功能失调性子宫出血疗效显著,值得临床上推广应用。Objective：Observation of integrated Traditonal Chinese and Western treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding in seventy three patients.Methods： One hunred and forty five patients of dysfunctional uterine bleeding undergoing selective were randomly divided into 2 groups,seventy three patients were given Marvelon and Chinese prescription of ＂gu beng tang＂（therapy group）;seventy two patients were given Maryelon（control group）,then to observe curative effect of two groups.Results：The total effective rate was 94.5%in therapy group and was 87.5% in control group,the total effective rate were statistically different between the two groups（p0.05）;vaginal hemorrhage and bleeding time were ststistically different between the two groups（p0.05）.Conclusion：Marvelon and Chinese medicine had significant effect in treatment dysfunctional uterine bleeding and deserved clinical generally application.
