摘  要:以φ800m×450mm镁合金双辊薄带连铸机为原型,根据相似原理制作1:1的物理模型。采用超声波浪高仪和电导仪进行数据采集,研究了圆筒形、槽形2种布流系统对熔池液面波动和流体混合状况的影响。结果表明,采用圆筒形布流系统浇注具有熔池液面波动小、流体混合均匀且充分等特点,因而优于槽形布流系统。Abstract Based on the prototype of Ф800mm× 450mm twin-roll thin strip continuous caster for magnesium alloys, a 1 : 1 scale physical model is made according to similarity theory. Attention is mainly paid to the effect of two metal delivery systems on molten pool's level fluctuation and fluid mixing, and experimental data is measured using ultrasonic level detector and conductometer. The results show that the cylindraceous metal delivery system is better than the sulciform metal delivery system for the following reasons: the former system has minor level fluctuation, and it can get more sufficient and uniform fluid mixing.
