摘  要:采用正交回归处理的方法,研究了亚温淬火温度、回火温度对35CrMoA钢强韧性的影响。结果表明,在780~810℃亚温淬火温度范围内,随着淬火温度的升高,铁素体量逐渐减少,马氏体量逐渐增加,铁素体的形态由大块状转变为小颗粒状和细小针状,同时试样的强度和硬度提高,而延伸率单调下降。在800℃淬火时强硬度达到峰值,具有较高的综合力学性能。The experiment scheme is designed by orthogonal regression to analyze the influence of intercritical quenching temperature and tempering temperature on the strength and toughness of 35CrMoA steel. The results show that within the range of intercritical hardening temperature from 780℃ to 810℃, with the increase of quenching temperature, the volume of ferrite phase decreases and that of martensite phase increases, the shape of ferrite changes from block to small granular and needle-like. At the same time, the strength and hardness increase, and the elongation percentage decreases monotonically. The strength and hardness attain the peak value hardened at 800℃ for the 35CrMoA steel, which possesses better comprehensive mechanical properties.
