摘  要:9310钢制尾桨轴模拟件电子束焊试验件进行疲劳试验时,偏向尾桨轴模拟件一侧出现裂纹。采用磁粉检测、断口分析、金相组织分析、显微硬度测试和材料化学成分分析等方法对其失效原因进行了分析。结果表明:尾桨轴模拟件裂纹性质为疲劳开裂,裂纹源起始于电子束焊环缝起焊收尾搭接处的气孔缺陷处;改善电子束焊的工艺设计,加强工艺控制可有效预防焊缝气孔的产生,同时合理运用X射线、超声等无损检测技术手段,并加强对焊缝处的无损检测可提高焊接结构的可靠性。A tail rotor shaft simulator of 9310 steel cracked at the position of the electronic beam weld seam during fatigue testing.The failure mode and cause of the simulator were analyzed by magnetic particle testing,fracture surface observation,metallurgical structure examination,microhardness testing,and chemical composition analysis.The results show that the cracking mode of the simulator is fatigue cracking.Fatigue crack initiated from the pore located at the joint of the ring weld seam.In addition,the cause of the pore in the weld seam was discussed and some measures were proposed to avoid the pore in the electronic beam weld seam.
